We will give you our underwriting needs list so we can underwrite your deal to meet your needs. If your need is the lowest rate possible, flexible payment terms, or a financing geared for estate planning purposes, our anayltics will underwrite accordingly.

ANALYSIS

Working through your financial package, our in house accountant will underwrite your request before it goes out to our lenders. Our analysis includes, but it not limited to, identifying your real cash flow, projections for your business, valuations, tax saving strategies.

SOURCING

Westgate will secure your financing through our principal source of funds or through our partners. Our terms are the best in the industry.

TERM SHEET

We will negotiate rates and terms with our capital and finance providers, bringing you the best deal suited for your needs based on our initial consultation. After a review of all terms, conditions and time lines we will commence the final stages of the lending process.

DELIVERY

Westgate Advisors works as a single point of contact through the funding process. We coordinate as needed and applicable with your real estate broker, the appraiser, title, escrow, the lender,  vendor, the seller's broker and the environmental company through the close of escrow ensuring a smooth and transparent process through closing.
