Westgate Buisness Finance was founded on a realization that most borrowers are not finding the best funding sources for their financing needs. To that end the principals of Westgate constantly interact with the changing credit markets and work to deepen relationships with credit officers in an effort to quickly and efficiently provide our clients with the best source of capital for their borrowing needs.

About our Founder 

THOMAS SIGNORELLI
President

Tom is a principal and founder of Westgate. Tom specializes in complicated owner-user coporate financings , and is well known for putting together the most challenging deals with extremely favorable structures and terms.

Tom brings to his clients over 10 years of capital market and commercial finance knowledge.  His clients include several post production companies, manufacturing, distribution service companies, and medical practices. Tom’s financing services include, but are not limited to, equipment leasing, real estate finance, and working capital finance. Since the inception of Westgate, Tom has closed over $200 million in finance transactions.   

Tom left his role as a Vice President in the Business Finance Group of GE Capital to establish Westgate  and currently oversees all of Westgates Fundings.  Prior to GE, Tom worked at Madison Capital Partners where he led a corporate sale lease back program.

Tom has a degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas in Houston. He holds a real estate broker license, and has held a series 7 and series 66 license. 

Tom currently lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two sons.
